Gerry Patnode

Gerry’s clients benefit from his high-energy engagement, world class expertise and broad background as a CEO, entrepreneur, educator, author and public speaker.

 

Gerry has been highly successful for more than thirty years in senior executive management positions with United Health Maintenance, Control Data Corporation, and Johnson & Johnson. He later created and founded several successful businesses including Delta Communication Corporation of Columbia MD and Tastee Foods Corporation of Baltimore. His experience also includes the boards of several organizations both non-profit and for profit.

 

Specializing in Executive Leadership, Corporate Policy & Strategy and Marketing, Gerry also serves as Chairman of York College’s Business Department.  He uniquely combines academic theory with practical business experience to help organizations master leadership development and to successfully initiate organizational change.

 

As a resource consultant for Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) and the Department of Economic Development in both the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Gerry is called upon to use his business and coaching experience to help executives and organizations achieve exceptional performance.

 

Dr. Patnode currently serves as a Professor of Management at the York College of Pennsylvania and has held similar faculty positions with The Johns Hopkins University and Loyola University in Baltimore.  Gerry holds multiple degrees: Business Administration (BS Old Dominion University) MS in Marketing Science (Temple University), MBA in Marketing (University of Maryland) Doctor of Education in Leadership and Change (Fielding Graduate University) and has performed Post Graduate work in Consumer Economics (University of Maryland).

 

Dr. Patnode is also the author of two books on leadership process and more than twenty articles on management and strategy.


 Nancy Stauffer 

Nancy is an innovative and imaginative behavioral services professional with more than twenty years of progressive clinical experience with the last ten years as an Executive-Life Coach.

Nancy's in-depth understanding of people as a training consultant has led to work with numerous organizations wanting to improve their 'people performance'.  She has developed and facilitated customized customer service programs and team building programs for state agencies and for both profit and non-profit organizations.

She has provided services designed to strengthen skills and decrease challenging behaviors in the profit and non-profit sectors.  In addition, she has been a service provider for employee assistance programs (EAP) for a major insurance provider and a university.

Trained in mediation and conflict resolution, Nancy has developed a unique program called Partnership Harmony™.   This proprietary program is highly effective in closely held companies where more effective collaboration among the owners leads to much more effective performance by the organization.

Nancy Stauffer holds a Masters of Social Work, from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. She is also a graduate of Towson University in Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is a licensed psychotherapist in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Nancy’s training in psychology has proved invaluable to her executive coaching clients.


Jerry Lindauer

Jerry is highly experienced as a strategic and operational management advisor and team facilitator working for a diverse client list on assignments in North America, Europe and Asia. Corporate and government clients achieving results include organizations like Baltimore Gas & Electric, Black & Decker, Clairson International, The Danaher Corporation, DeVilbiss, Emerson Electric, JLG, NSA, Olin Corporation and Chevron-Texaco.

Jerry’s ability to assimilate, interpret and present information results in a strong foundation for powerful strategies, tactics and team performance.  He is expert at extracting insight from individuals and from sets of facts or data and translating that insight into a vision for achieving results.

Jerry  is a proactive and collaborative leader with the ability to simplify complex issues, provide practical results, clear communications, specific goals and measurable expectations.

Along with numerous small and medium size businesses and non-profit organizations, performance improvements have also been delivered for a number of entrepreneurial situations including development and facilitation of a five-part program for entrepreneurs at Baltimore, Maryland’s The Emerging Technology Center and Howard County Maryland’s The NeoTech Incubator. Jerry is also a frequent consultant for Pennsylvania’s Industrial Resource Centers.

Before being a proactive management advisor, he held executive positions at Black & Decker responsible for over $100million in revenue.

Jerry Lindauer holds a Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (BS Virginia Tech) and an MBA in Marketing (Sellenger School of Business Loyola University). He has served as faculty of The Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Business, Stevenson University, York College and a guest lecturer at The Robert H. Smith School of Business (University of Maryland).   

Jerry has been certified as a Management Consultant and is qualified as a Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.



John Casner

John is an intuitive and agile facilitator, recognized for bringing together diverse groups of professionals to tackle challenging situations.

He is highly experienced at creating innovative strategies, competitive new products & services and market-changing tactics for clients.

His combination of logic and creative problem solving skills produces workable and understandable plans.

Experienced as an engineer, product manager, marketing manager, general manager and business developer brings unique cross functional business experience to problem solving. 

Knowledgeable in both domestic and international consumer and industrial marketing channel development and sales recruitment and training, he also directed both downsizing and asset sell off and merger and acquisition in transforming companies he managed.

He has led senior management teams and created business strategies for client organizations from well known multi-division corporations that include Black & Decker, Hayward Industries, and Clairson International to pre-revenue start-ups.

John started businesses in a service industry and in the industrial products sector. In addition he has devised business and market strategies for higher education institutions and non-profits.

John holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS NJIT) and an MBA in Marketing (Sellenger School of Business, Loyola University) and is a guest lecturer at The Robert H. Smith School of Business (University of Maryland), Notre Dame College and York College.

As testimony to John's broad range of experience he served asPresident, Sales & Marketing Executives International and was certified as a Registered Professional Enginee.  in addition, he invented the Dustbuster* Cordless Vacuum Cleaner and is the holder of 2 US patents.
