Dr Lam is recognized for his ability to apply, to all types of manufacturing scenarios, Lean, Six Sigma, Operations Management and Continuous Improvement.
In addition to his research, teaching and consulting he serves on the board of examiners for the Baldrige National Quality Award.
Dr. Greisler is a Professor of Management at York College of
Pennsylvania.
He has spent more than twenty years in and consulting to the
healthcare industry.
Fifteen of those years were with WellSpan Health, an
$800,000,000 integrated healthcare delivery system serving south central
Pennsylvania. he also served as Chief Operating Officer of the
WellSpan Medical Group, a 235 physician multi-specialty group practice and
$100,000,000 enterprise consisting of 740 employees.
Dr. Greisler holds an undergraduate degree from Johns
Hopkins University, a Master in Health Service Administration from George
Washington University, a Master in Public Administration from the University of
Southern California,
and a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University
of Southern California.
In 1997 he was appointed Senior Academic Fellow at Mount
Vernon College in Washington, D.C.
As the primary author of more than 40 professional
publications,
Dave has presented his writings at both national and
international conferences
Dr. Jefrey Woodall is an experienced and highly rated sales and marketing professional, with strong organization and leadership skills.
Dr. Woodall serves as a professor
of Marketing at York College and consultant corporate Trainer for Proctor and
Gamble offering a combination of practical application and theoretical
knowledge.
Jef is also knowledgeable in all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, coordinating, and scheduling, having managed projects across organizations and geographies.
He is considered a bottom line practical problem solver using analytic, creative, communications, and relationship skills.
Jef holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (Marketing)
from Argosy University Sarasota, a Master of Science , Business Administration/Info Systems from York College of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Southern New Hampshire University
